Great Bay Home Selects Stord as its Sole Fulfillment Partner

Great Bay Home to leverage Stord’s nationwide, omnichannel fulfillment network; inventory and order management system (OMS); and transportation services to provide an exceptional customer delivery experience. 

Dover, NH and Atlanta, GA, November 28, 2023Great Bay Home, a retailer of high quality bedding, towels, slipcovers and more, selected Stord, a leader in high-volume B2B and DTC fulfillment services and technology for omnichannel mid-market and enterprise brands, as its sole fulfillment partner. 

Prior to Stord, the Great Bay Home team relied on different vendors for each business segment, including Amazon fulfillment and their own internal warehouse located in NH, making it difficult to optimize fulfillment costs and the delivery experience across all its sales channels. 

With Stord, Great Bay Home can exceed customer delivery expectations with cost-effective, timely nationwide fulfillment. Stord also is partnering with Great Bay Home to support its transportation needs, including drayage and parcel delivery. 

Great Bay Home will rely on Stord One Commerce (OMS) to manage and orchestrate its inventory and orders across B2B and DTC sales channels, including Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and its Shopify store. Stord One Commerce connects all of Great Bay Home’s sales channels and orders in one place, and orchestrates and manages all inventory and shipments.
